Covid-19’s emergency forced to change quickly, imposing a no more linear way of work, made of rules and controls, but flexible, shaped on goals and collaboration. The old corporate culture still shows a strong resistance, but there is no doubt that the future is in the name of openness, sharing, shared competence. Also because technological evolution imposes the ability to remain at the pace of a continuous and fast transformation, today too fast.
For this reason it is indispensable to know how to aggregate all the forces and skills, from the first to the last of the collaborators, no longer dependent.
